Twenty minutes of 'Bond' movie screened

New York, July 4 (IANS) Twenty minutes of footage from upcoming Bond movie 'Casino Royale' was screened at Amsterdam Cinema Expo and journalists were impressed with Daniel Craig's edgy performance as super spy.

According to imdb.com, the Bond movies, which are now getting edgier with brutal fight scenes, delves into Bond's dark psyche and past.

Variety magazine says: 'The footage showed off Craig as a grittier Bond, with scenes of more intense, visceral hand-to-hand combat than 007 has tackled in recent pictures. One black-and-white scene flashed back to Bond's first ever brutal and hard-to-pull-off kill as an agent as well as his much more sleek and signature second assassination.'
