Jackman sad to lose Wolverine weight

London, July 6 (IANS) Actor Hugh Jackman is unhappy because all the muscle he put on for his role as Wolverine in the 'X-Men' movies is quickly dropping off as he prepares for his next role.

According to contactmusic.com, Jackman, who had to put on the weight for the action movie series, is now losing it all for rehearsals for his latest musical project 'The Boy From Oz'. He says: 'Hopefully, I won't lose too many more.'

He insists that he is not losing weight by skipping meals but by working out.

He adds: 'I am eating like a pig. It is just playing Peter Allen you just lose so much weight. I think I lose something like almost a kilo every show. I am having a blast.

'There are 50 dancers here. We are having a great time. We just did the disco number, which is when Liza (Minnelli, Allen's wife) and Peter go to Studio 54. It's really hot and sweaty. A good way to get to know everybody.'
