Iraqi issues and the case against Donald Rumsfeld

Problems in Iraq don't seem to be over too soon, from whichever angle you look at it. Bush proposed to send 21,500 additional troops to the region and the congress is considering resolutions against it.

According to intelligence agencies it's unlikely that Iraqi government is able to bring any stability to the country within the next year. But that's something everyone can see, without any assessments by the intelligence needed.
