Sienna Miller says playing a mother in ‘The Edge of Love’ made her feel broody

The 26-year-old actress – who recently split from boyfriend Rhys Ifans – revealed starring as poet Dylan Thomas’ wife Caitlin MacNamara made her realise how much she wants to have children in real life.

She said: “I loved having babies. They were amazing kids and we were dressing up in wellington boots and holding the kids and I think it is part of being a woman to feel those feelings. I think we got a bit broody, yes! It didn’t last though.”

Sienna’s co-star Keira Knightley – who plays Dylan’s former lover Vera Phillips in the movie – added she was impressed with the baby she starred with.

Keira told BANG Showbiz: “I had an amazing baby, he should win the baby Oscar! He would start improvising in scenes – they were incredible kids. But we were quite happy to give them back at the end of the day.”
